I would like to be contacted about this lawsuit. I am a former employee of ALBERTSONS. I worked at 905 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Between 1993-1997 the least I worked off the clock was 20 hours per week. I never recieved any breaks. I reported this several times and nothing was ever done about it. 905 was one of the stores that was proven in a lawsuit and found guilty of working their employees off the clock, and I was an employee at that time, and I was also a causualty of off the clock work. I feel I am entitled to my wage losses and would like to be compensated fully and properly. The information in the letter you sent me was very vague, and I would like it to be more specific about me being included, and how I can recover my losses.

I look forward to hearing from Cousel for plantiffs and class cousel soon.

Thank you,
Nestor Rocky Dominguez JR.
