Hi. I am new at this process and have "only begun to fight". I am currently off work and have submitted two claims, one for stress and one for muscle strain (exaserbated by the stress). This past week I went for the two appts. that the insurance company sent me to. I know how you feel...especially because one of them was a shrink. I can only imagine his report since I was playing catch up most of the time with him as he continually was putting words in my mouth and was repeatedly saying, "I'm confused~!"

Anyway, my latest discovery is that I may have my medical benefits termed at the end of 12 weeks off because my employer told me I had to request FMLA for this time off. I am trying to find out if they can stop my benefits because if it weren't for the injuries...I would be there working.

I will keep you in my prayers. Do you know if your employer can terminate a person's med. benefits while they are off work?

Sorry for your pain. I know the toll it can take on a person's life...including affecting those around them.
