Kay believe it or not this IS the Oregonians Idea of "balanced Reporting.
small wonder that they had to Post an Article on Federal stuff with very shaky Numbers used in Statistics .
The people in Charge basically admit it is not an Issue , but the Investigators (that really want Job Security) are saying "estimates" of 3 1/2% to 10%...complete Hogwash just Looking at the Raw Numbers as 160 cases of Fraud in 200000 Claims is quite a bit less that 3 1/2%.
