Tom, You are exactly correct. The system has failed us and we are entitled to reparations for the injuries done to us. It is only right that workers deprived of their ability to work and support their families and then denied compensation by the very system that is supposed to help them, should be made whole by that system. Let's all diligently pursue this issue.
