The following comment by "Wise One" is typical of the attitude of the
Insurance and Business lobby that have infuenced our legislature to
screw the injured workers of Oregon with unconstitutional statutes that
prevent the injured worker from getting fair and equitable treatment
for their injuries.
Although the Insurance and businness lobby are much more sophisticated
in writing and language skills than the author of the sad ditribe by
"Wise One", the thought process is very much the same.
I personnaly know Mr. and Mrs Able. They have been treated terribly
by uncaring moneychangers. It is nothing short of criminal to witness
a workers comp system that mistreats its injured workers the way the
otherwise fine State of Oregon does.
We are going to do something about it.
