I would support Legislation to change the laws so that Patients could videtape
their IME exams. It would hopefully make the Whore doctor more responsible for
his evaluation and give the Injured worker a better chance of winning compensation
for a denied claim. "This is just one goal of this Organization".
The role of IME's are to give conflicting reports back to the W/C carrier
to deny compensation. This Organization needs to support changing this law.
