Please correct me if I am wrong. You stated that you had a compression fracture. How did you end up with a compression fracture of your spine? Were you hit on the head, or did you fall on your coccyx?

All that we ask is there is an equal balance between the employee and the employer. As it is now, the heavier is on the employer's side. There is not such a thing as equal balance, when it gets political.

That, my dear friend, is why we are fighting for this system to be "corrected".

We are not looking for an expedient solution here.
As we all know things like this takes time.
But you see some injured workers do not have time.
Most of us end up physically and mentally disabled for the rest of our lives. While the insurers and employers continue on destroying other people's lives.

If you have children, you should know that our children are our future. As god is my witness, I will continue fighting this until there is a equal balance in this system. I do not want my children to end up in a system that is this distorted!

So hike, hike! There's your politican football!
