That is precisely why I suggested that a balance be struck between benefits and premiums and how the basic health insurance deals with denied claims.
I honestly believe that as a society we need to re-think how we address these issues. Also, I honeslty believe that we need to re-think what parties are brought to the table to discuss the issues.
Above all, it must be remembered that the entire comp system was purposely designed as a compromise. It probably always will be. The trick is to hit a true balance, not an expedient solution.
