this is a great site and I thank you for the support. Yes, I filed a claim. the accident happened 10/20/99, as of date they haven't payed med. bills yet, I've recived 3 TTD checks, I'm going to P.T. and soon to start counsling as I have much hostility twards him! I don't blame my employer, it's the person who turned the key that I feel should be paying for being blind, stupid and careless. I've driven trucks for over 10 years and trained many people too, worked around machinery all my life and you DON'T start or move a rig till you've walked all the way around it or yell clear. the thing that upsets me the most is I was directly in front of him and he didn't see me! I've probably taken to much space allready so I'll end here. THANK YOU,for the support and help AL
