Dan: The last entry was posted by "Question", not "Terapin". You are making the exact point that I was attempting to get across in my response listed immediately above "Question". I suspect that this injured worker qualified for vocational retraining which is administered by the carrier and he is confusing it with the PWP program. Good luck!
