You are right about that. I'm also fighting WC and now I just applies for SSD. I wish I could tell you how to end it but you might just have to hang in there, be patient & I would suggest to check with a lawyer regarding your rights, if you haven't done that already.
If you don't mind me asking, what's the nature of your injury to the shoulder? I also injured my shoulder and they will not accept it's work related.
