You must not live in Oregon or for that matter the U.S. If you have
not noticed in congress the Republicans have killed the "Presidents
Health Plan", water down HMO reform to laughable and did not sponsor
any bills for the workers' or injured workers in Congress or in the
1999 Oregon Legislative session. The democrats were rolled over on
any proposed legislation considered favorable to the worker or that
would provide equal footing against HMO's or Workers Comp Insurance
carriers.
Tell me again how wrong it is to be upset when needed medical treatment
for job injuries is denied. Tell me its ok for HMO's to deny medical
treatment till the patient dies.
I can not afford to vote for one more republican.
