What I find most perplexing is Ed's following statement about why he quit.

"I quit because the rules really take the worker into consideration more than the employer: who pays the premium, not the injured worker."

Can anyone out there explain to me why an adjustor would leave their profession for such a reason? It's an idiotic statement along with being quite contrary to known facts on this issue.
