I don't think three claims in a span of 15 years qualifies me as an injury waiting to happen. Two were medical only, and one had two surgeries (knee). The only problem I had was picking an ortho who I wouldn't recommend to anyone: I wasn't forced to use him, I chose him. But, when I moved, the new orhto I picked pointed out some areas in which the first doc was lacking. I had the injuries, sought treatment, and got over it! Any legit injured person can have the same results. In fact, one of the claims was not in Oregon.
