My IME was Dr Strandness in Seattle but his report is due any moment now. He gave me a different dx from what my dr dx, however he says it's related to work. I was sent to the 1st IME in 5/99 because the time they had to admit the claim was up. Then I didn't agree with their dx and they sent me to this other IME. My fear is that they'll deny the claim because of my move. Also I don't want to call them and ask because that might give them the upper hand, if you know what I mean. Did I say wc is thru private insurance that my employer has?
Also, will my case remain in Washington or can it be transfer to where I'm going? If it can't be transfered I'm thinking of getting an attorney to represent me in Washington whenever I can't be present.
