I would find out what the policy of the insurance is in regards to you
situtation, Also call and let your doctor know what is happening
and The doctor might just know of another doctor
who lives in that state. You never know you might get lucky.
How long has it been since you filed your claim and when did you
first go to the doctor. The Insurance companies have 90 days to
start paying the bills. Who was you IME if you don't mind me asking.
