Merle is absolutely correct in all his statements.
Our Oregon Legislature is about to start a new session in January so
this is the time for people like you to "get involved" and make a difference.
I myself have never been able to comprehend how these adjusters, etc
can commit such pure evil. I assume they find ways in their minds to justify
it like talking themselves into believing that every moderate to severely
injured worker is a fraud. Once when I told an insurance adjuster who "poses"
officially as a "career councelor" how he could do these disgusting things
to injured workers, he shot back; "You must think I'm a....", and then
started naming off several derogatory words to describe himself. Yes, he
was very much enjoys the misery he causes others.
We are asking all injured workers to fill out the IME survey.
