I took it upon myself to call Derfler on his comment the other day about "not hearing from any injured workers." I spoke with his research person and asked why he did such a thing. The response was I'll have to research this to see why. The research person knew who I was because we've spoke before! He was beside himself when I told him I recieved a letter from the govenor's office stating they could not help me. I told him all the governor is worried about is the fish in this state, and not injured workers! He had no response to that! Imagine that sports fans!
