You really dont get it,your choice of words would lead me to believe that you are an insurance company attorney. Why is it that the insurers take as much time as leagally possible at EVERY chance they get. I believe the biggest waist of spending in Oregons workers compensation is the over staffing of legal experts and IME's by the insurance companies. At the same time Saif claims to have a 94% accuracy of denied claims. Anyone that has any knowledge of Saifs record would know thats a lie! Yet they make these statement public without being challenged. Turtle soup anyone?
