I've, over time, become sensitive to the way the workers comp. system uses the media, i.e. TownHall and others to prejudice public opinion against injured workers by exploiting a few alledged cases of WC fraud.
Does anyone have the statistics on what percent of all the cases filed are truly fraudulent? What per cent of these at another time filed an honest clam, or had someone close to them do so and were unfairly treated or denied?
Injured workers will not get equal time for their defence, most couldn't make it to such a show.
