My lawyer gave me some stuff that including mention of a SB1210
where 457k dollars were transferred from the workers benefit fund to the
civil rights division of something called BOLI to investigate alleged violations
of the civil right of injured workers.
He said that was about a year & a half ago and nobody can find
out what became of this study. Its like the state is trying to cover up
the whole thing.
What also pisses me off about it is that they took the money from a
workers benefits fund which by its name implies its sposed to help us.
Does anyone out there know in detail what BOLI is or what became of
this report other than a leveler for the governers wobbly desk?
