From everything I've seen our state officials are thrilled that money is being saved each year. Its pathetic that injured workers and there familys have to bare the burden of these cost savings. Why should the rest of us be forced to pay taxes to pay for Kitzhabors Oregon health plan when we can't even get treatment from job injurys. Hell I don't even qualify for it because we have outside income. If you've gone well in life nobody wants to help you.
