I am an injured worker who was injured in June 2000. My injury is severe at best, I have a cervical disk injury that does not allow me to continue my ocupation as a surgical tech. I have had MRI's, doctors stating I need surgery, but the insurance company continues to deny me any compensation and refuse to pay my medical bills. I am completely broke now because of my injury, and have discovered what it is like to be injured in your wonderful state of Oregon. The laws favor the companies and refuse to help people who need medical treatment caused from a work injury. What kind of state is this? I would love to find a group willing to take on the insurance companies who have no regaur for human life, but only care about money. This is unfair. I have taken the advise of my attorney, all bad advise, seen specialist regaurding my injury, and continue to get the shaft from wausau insurance comapny. My child support arrerages continue to mount, but I cannot pay them, because I just have no money. I am in need for advise and help in this matter, but no one has any answeres for me.
