Just had a surgeons report that I have degenerative changes to L4/5. No evidence of disc bulge or nerve root compression. I have pain in my legs can't walk very far and in constant pain.Do i ever get better from this.Its been 8 months since it happened and then they thought it was slipped disc.So Fed up , goal posts moving all the time.
